Border Action Defense Force

What is the Border Action Defense Force (B.A.D. Force)? It is a new government agency with a mission to improve traffic at the border. In order to succeed in this mission, the governmental has now mandated that only three types of goods are to be considered contraband and they are drugs, explosives and aliens.

Carmine is a loyal member of the Border Action Defense Force (B.A.D. Force). He is a very passionate about the B.A.D. Force mission to improve traffic at the border. He always tells new recruits “the border is very busy. Do not waste time!”
